With our managed services plan, we will monitor your Desktops, Laptops and Servers for updates, security patches and upgrades. Our remote access software allows us to quickly and securely access your environment in order to assist with desktop support and apply updates and patches.

To begin a remote support session click the button below to download a temporary program to allow a remote connection. Select Open and Run or Save and Run to generate a Session ID and Password. Be ready to provide that information to Tervo Systems for remote support.

This “temporary” program does not install on your computer hard drive or make any changes to your computer operating system. The connection program is deleted when the session ends.

For Tervo Systems monthly maintenance clients, please download and run the host application for regular periodic remote support.
